Count candy corn goes under color after halloween. This year has been exciting as Count Candy Corn’s home is in Rockford IL. With summer in this area there is the Nicholas Conservatory butterfly exhibit as well as the opening of Magic Waters. You may see Count Candy Corn on the Forest City Queen boat or riding the train along Sinnissippi Gardens. Rockford is home to the Ice Hogs one of my favorite teams. Fall is once again upon us and in our town of Rockton the decorations have started to go up. Our local library provides a safe free environment for little trick or treaters to come. I have enjoyed the programs offered for free to the community and I donate a portion of all sales of my book at the Talcott Library and the Halloween Bash to continue these programs.
